What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Technician position at Actalent?
Description:
Test Technicians will be be sitting at a desk/computer where they will be plugging in, testing, and troubleshooting PCBs. If there are errors they will need to repair the mistakes. They will need to use a variety of tools including voltmeters, o-scopes, multimeters, etc. and reading off of schematics. • Set up and test units per procedures • Identification of proper equipment to be used • Notify Quality Engineer of any units out of calibration • Repair customer returns • Identify electronic components • Perform soldering and re-work as required

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Candidates MUST have an Associates Degree or currently pursuing an Associates Degree in an Electronic Field. If they have no degree, they MUST HAVE 1 years of experience as a test technician using oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and multimeters.
