Description:
Looking for a Superintendent who thrives in a multi-dimensional and fast-paced environment. This candidate will be for a 16 month senior living project in Lancaster, OH until completion.
Responsibilities:
-supervision and scheduling of all subcontractors at each site; ensuring quality of work is completed in a safe manner while remaining on time and on budget
-project troubleshooting
-communication with the architect and owner/owners representatives on a consistent basis
-understanding and applying the company's labor relations policies
-daily job site inspections
-pretask planning
-preparing reports
-assisting in the development of the project schedule and enforcing compliance
-verifying drawings and submittals
-communicating scope changes
-maintaining constant communication with PMs
