Job Description

• We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Superintendent to oversee all daily construction activities at the project site.
• This vital role collaborates with the Project Manager to ensure the project's progress, including scheduling subcontractors, and managing the delivery of equipment and materials.
• The successful candidate will work closely with subcontractors to complete projects within specified budgets and time frames, schedule utilities and inspections, and maintain strict adherence to safety standards per OSHA.
• Additionally, responsibilities include generating detailed daily field log reports, assessing work and making necessary corrections, and potentially assisting with finish work that requires carpentry skills.

Hard Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a superintendent
• Experience with at least 2 quick-serve restaurant or retail projects
• Proficiency with technology (Microsoft Surface Pro provided)
• Ability to obtain OSHA 30 certification
• Knowledge and ability to read blueprints and specs

Soft Skills

• Willing to travel full time
• Client-facing experience
• Ability to work some Saturdays
• Familiarity with fast-paced projects

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Noblesville, Indiana.

Work Environment

Onsite 5 days a week with potential Saturday work if required to stay on schedule.
