Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary:
Inside Sales Representative that is dedicated to independently prospecting, identifying and engaging new accounts, expanding accounts, driving incremental revenue, optimizing internal processes. He/She will focus on prospecting new customers in existing and adjacent markets and manage the sales process from introduction to qualification, to discovery to opportunity to orders.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Computer or Business majors.
Essential Job Functions (include, but are not limited to the following):
• Develop new customers to increase overall market coverage, penetration, and share the key of end-user accounts.
- Prospecting and Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and engagement to ensure they are good fit for our products
- Pursue sales leads, conduct customer MS Teams meeting, respond to more complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery times within stated targets
- Negotiation: Collaborate with potential customers to negotiate pricing to reach out mutually beneficial agreement
- Closing Deals: Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to successfully close deals and meet or exceed sales quotas
• Ability to hunt new accounts/contacts using any tool.
• Interact with customers by introducing product line recommendations and upcoming technology solutions.
· Recommending hardware and services based on a customer’s specific technical requirements and project scope. tailors communication to the customer’s needs with authority.
• Regularly conduct daily conference calls and emails with customers to deliver product information and discover new opportunities.
• Pursue sales leads, conduct customer MS Teams meeting, respond to more complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery times within stated targets.
• Conduct new product introduction meetings with customer.
• Build relationships by maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure needs are met and address account problems, concerns, and/or suggestions.
• Support and manage the relationships with all assigned customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Track weekly and monthly sales forecasts and maintain your sales pipeline.
• Uses sales tools including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn/LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. to for prospecting and to find contacts at prospect accounts
• Meet established goals and objectives
· Qualifying and escalating large leads quickly and accurately to VP timely follow up.
- Consulting with new and existing customers to qualify their project requirements.
- identify the right customer stakeholders and build connections quickly to drive consensus for deals; works cooperatively with a wide range of internal stakeholders for deal success.
- Respond to inquiries such as order status, shipment schedules, account applications, co-op applications, product availability, pricing and quoting
- Work cross-functionally with production, accounting, logistics and marketing teams
- Handle customer issues, inquiries, samples and returns
- Conduct new product introduction meetings with customer
- Build relationships by maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure needs are met and address account problems, concerns, and/or suggestions

- Meet established goals for product sales and drive initiatives outlined in the Sales Process and team goals
- Communicating with customers routinely, Coming up with product promotional activities, monitoring account inventories and sales number

Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience working with computers.
• Understanding of computer components, platforms, operating systems and applications
• Ability to hunt new accounts using any tool
• Previous Inside Sales Specialist experience with computers or related electronics is preferred.
• Familiar with inside sales process from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency communicating with customer: provide good and clear communication via phone and email, product presentation skills to a small group.
• Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive, maintain relationships with customer by providing exceptional quick response, pre-sales and post-sales support and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Prospecting and Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and engagement to ensure they are good fit for our products.
• Negotiation: Collaborate with potential customers to negotiate pricing to reach out mutually beneficial agreement.
• Closing Deals: Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to successfully close deals and meet or exceed sales quotas.
