About the Job
- Support families in need with immediate openings available.
- Work one-on-one with children (18 months to 8 years old) using ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive center-based environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential.
- Implement treatment plans and collect data as outlined by the supervisor.
- Support the development of children through engaging and fun therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate with a team to optimize treatment, safety, and a fun working experience throughout the center.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to coordinate activities, celebrate successes, and advocate for personal needs.
Requirements
- Lift and move with children up to 30 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a tidy work environment and ensure play spaces are safe and enjoyable for children.
- Communicate effectively with peers, families, and supervisors.
