Lead Injection Molding Production Staff

· First this position is always a production staff including

· Assists QC department with production-based quality issues

· Understand the daily workload in production

· Completes part production for movement into inventory for shipment

· Observe all safety requirements

· Monitors ongoing production-- notifies QC inspector, mold department supervisor, lead or material handler of issues related to part quality

· Helps with breaks and lunch for production staff approx. 5 people

· Trains production on new inspections or secondary operations on parts

· Visual inspection of molded components/segregation of rejected components

· Perform secondary processing operations

· Requires frequent arm movement average daily for 6-8 hours

· Move arm/lift boxes daily average of 30-40 lbs. average 4-5 hours daily as needed

· Lift arm and move and open machine doors on average every 1 minutes for 3 hours as needed

· Trims, bags, packages, labels parts

· Weigh counts bags of production parts daily average weight of 20 lbs. for 3-4 hours

· Reaching and removing parts from over molding production for 5-6 hours as needed

· Standing average 5-7 hours daily

· 2nd operation areas bending and reaching for 4-5 hours daily as needed

· Stocking boxes for production which lifting and reaching daily 1 hour- box weight could be 15 to 25 lbs. average.

· Signs off on job traveler as required

· Writes/signs and documents daily 1 hour

· Work next to molding machine to monitor ongoing production - notifies QC inspector, mold department supervisor, lead or material handler of issues related to part quality

· Visual inspection of molded components/segregation of rejected components

Job Types: Temp-to-hire, Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
