Our organization is searching for a team-oriented experienced Call Taker/Dispatcher Office person to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate for this position must possess an excellent attention to detail, work well in a fast paced environment answering phones and being able to route calls on a radio for the Dispatch department. Prior experience working with radios, computers and related Dispatch software, the Internet and phones is required. Working with computers including Excel and Word is require, as is a willingness to answer questions from the public and deal with difficult situations. Job duties include answering phones, looking up client appointment times, and assisting the Dispatch and Billing department Monday-Friday from 7AM-4 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls on toll-free lines.
- Dispatch calls on radio to drivers
- Look up calls on routing software
- Work as part of a team.
- Deal gently with clients and their questions and concerns.
- Write down information.
- Answer questions about services.
- Assist Office staff with payroll
- Assist office staff with all operations.
- Assist Dispatch with other radio communication.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
