ActionLink is growing and hiring part-time retail merchandisers. We are a premiere retail Merchandising and Sales solutions company whose focus is connecting people with the brands they love! We offer competitive starting pay and career growth opportunities.
Our team of Electronics and Visual Merchandising Specialists visit major box stores like Best Buy®, Walmart®, Target® and more to service, repair, build, and maintain promotional displays for our clients such as Microsoft®, Samsung®, Bose®, among many others.
COVERAGE AREA:
- Visits are conducted within Big Box Retailers in the Sparks, NV area.
- Sparks, NV 89436 is in the center of the territory.
SCHEDULE:
- Up to 10 hours per week.
- Project hours and times fluctuate so flexibility Monday through Thursday is necessary for the position
- Mornings - average start time: 8:00am
- Opportunities for additional hours may be available if you can cover a larger region or travel to other States.
PAY & BENEFITS:
$19.00 per hour. We offer a tiered pay rate system depending on the specific in-store task being done. Basic merchandising projects start at $19 per hour!

NEEDS OF THE POSITION:
- Field reps are expected to complete all levels of work in their assigned territory as needed.
- Strong detail-orientation, ability to follow written instructions and display diagrams.
- Ability to work independently and or as part of a team when needed.
- Strong communication skills either in-person, by phone, email, and text message.
- Access to a reliable vehicle to travel to all retail vendor locations within the service area.
- Access to internet, basic hand-held tools, and smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS
- Access to a laptop/desktop computer is desirable.
- Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Previous merchandising and or relevant 3PL or retail experience is highly desirable.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- A valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle transportation.
- Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
