Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Semi-Skilled) position.
In this role, you will repair and maintain physical structures of commercial, residential and/or medical buildings using hand tools and power tools.
ND210 Fort Washington EstatesThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of technical experience in maintenance
- General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
