Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Maintenance Operations position.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring proper maintenance and repair of all aspects of the physical plants, including Planned Preventive Maintenance Systems (PPMS). Establish and maintain a cohesive and integrated planned capital improvement program. Ensures company-wide compliance with life safety requirements and programs. Serves as a key team member of the Campus Assist Team (CAT). Includes traveling on an as needed bases to fulfill job functions at any Acts community.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of ten years' diverse related management responsibilities
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal building and real estate codes and regulations
- Knowledge of public utility codes, standards, and contracts
- Familiarity with insurance coverage and resulting maintenance program conformity

Pay Range
$91,000.00 - $115,000.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.Salary : $91,000 - $115,000
