Acts Acquisition & Development Company is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Interior Designer Manager position.
Job Type: Full-Time
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the design team by providing direction, insight, motivation, and training. Participates in project scope walk-throughs and survey assessments, including inventory of existing product and detail documentation of community engaged projects. Engages in the review of fixtures, furniture, and equipment specifications with the design lead, plan identification, and final quotes to ensure final order is accurate. Assists major projects in the review, selection, documentation, purchase, coordination, and installation, including close out documents.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited interior design program
- Minimum of two years' experience in the interior design field, preferably in the hospitality or senior living industry
- Prior experience with contract design exposure (preferred)
- National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification and/or American Institute of Architects (AIA) certification/licensure is strongly preferred
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range
$57,000.00 - $72,000.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.Salary : $57,000 - $72,000
