St. Andrews Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Physical Therapist (PT) position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Boca Raton, FL.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Supports activities which build and maintain a Rehab Center of Excellence.

- Salary with 65-75% productivity benchmarks
- Specialized on-site training (chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, and more) provided during work hours with CEUS
- State-of-the-art rehab gyms
- Multiple patient types: inpatient, outpatient, and home health
- Clinically focused, patient centered treatment decisions drive our programs
Requirements
The critical skills and knowledge required to successfully perform the functions of the position are normally obtained through:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
- 2-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred
