**Job Type:** Part-time 20-25hrs
**Salary:** 18-20/hr Base 1% Commission

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales/Admin assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with real estate professionals, and promoting our home staging services, help with office duties, running errands and other various tasks. You will play a crucial role in growing our client base and helping us expand our presence in the market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and target potential clients, including real estate agents, brokers, homeowners, and developers.
- Present and promote our home staging services to clients in a professional manner.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Attend industry events, local open houses, and networking events to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the staging and design team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Schedule/Maintain social media posts.
- Respond/schedule incoming calls/inquires and maintain customers database.
- Maintain calendars and appointments.
- File and organize documents.
- Other office tasks.
**Qualifications:**
- Preferred experience in sales, real estate, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Passion for home design, real estate, and customer service.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides and other google apps.
