Acture Solutions is looking for a highly skilled onsite Senior Network Engineer experienced in multi-location networks and a strong background in cybersecurity. With a renewed vision from our CEO, Acture Solutions is preparing for expansion through innovation, creativity, and forward thinking.

We are looking for an experienced Network and Network Security Engineer with a solid skillset in connectivity and security.

Skills Required

• Comfortable providing robust connectivity across route, switch, and wireless on campus, over a WAN, to the Internet
• Network security (NGFW, VPN, SDWAN, NAC, SIEM/SOAR configurations) and familiar with multiple firewall vendors such as Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Barracuda, Meraki, etc.
• Experienced in Layer 2 and 3 management such as Spanning Tree, Ethernet trunking, vLANs, Port Aggregation, QoS tagging
• Proficient in routing services such as DHCP, DNS with email routing and email security knowledge a plus.
• Familiarity with EDR/MDR/NDR technologies as well as connecting from on-prem to AWS/Azure/Google/Co-Lo data sources.
• Experience with Cisco, HPE Aruba wired and wireless networks
• Experience with Cisco ISE and/or Aruba Clearpass a definite plus
• Familiarity working within PSA systems such as ConnectWise, AutoTask, etc

Who you are:

• You've got at least 10 years of experience in networking, at least 5 of those managing and implementing multi-location site-to-site and campus-wide networks
• You have a CCNP or Aruba Professional level certification (or equivalency in experience and know-how).
• You believe strongly in clean documentation, network topology, and having a clear path back from configuration changes
• You are a neat-freak when it comes to cabling, labeling and want that polished appearance to your stacks.
• You're not afraid to say "I don't know but I'll figure it out" and are able to get results.
• You like an intellectual challenge and getting it "just right" for the customer.
• You know how to work with CIOs, CTOs, Directors of Technologies and how to keep them informed and also reassured.
• You can change priorities quickly when necessary, yet still keep movement on long-term projects and tasks
• You can take a project and run with it
• You enjoy teaching others

Compensation- Acture Solutions is proud to offer an extremely generous and "Employee Forward" compensation program:

• $95,000 to $125,000 based on experience
