We are currently conducting interviews for part-time Behavior Technician positions to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, specifically supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other related disabilities. The preferred availability for this role is between 3-8 pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options. Compensation ranges from $20 to $26 per hour, including benefits such as paid time off, sick leave, drive time, and mileage reimbursement. We also have a performance incentive system that offers pathways to increase your pay!
We are also committed to your professional development here at Ad Astra! We provide access to 40 Hours of RBT training, the first step in qualifying you as an RBT under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB). For those that complete the entire RBT process, you will receive a 2$ per hour increase in pay.
