What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communications Project Manager position at Ada Bible Church?
Ada Bible Church is hiring a full-time Communications Project Manager. We are looking for a talented professional to plan and oversee marketing and communications projects and ensure that each is completed on time and within budget.
What you will do:
- Create & manage project plans
- Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
- Control project workflow to project timeline requirements
- Collect details for project requests using established processes
- Organize and present project requests
- Create and manage project templates within project management system
- Coordinate project plans, logistics, and resources
- Communicate with project stakeholders in a timely manner to keep everyone current, and to add clarity and transparency
- Manage relationship with outside vendors and facilitate completion of outsourced projects
- Maintain and support project management software
- Assist in Marketing team analytic reporting and dashboards
You might be a good candidate for the position if:
- Have knowledge of applicable software (Asana, Microsoft, Adobe)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong editing skills
- Process focused and able to look at the big picture and understand the steps needed to achieve a goal
- Collaborative and able to adapt interpersonal style and work with others well
- Resilient and able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet all deadlines
- Problem-solver and able to negotiate tense or sensitive situations and resolve conflict
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management
- Proficient with Project Management Software required
- Project Management certification preferred
- Database knowledge and experience
