What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Scheduling Specialist position at Ada West Dermatology?
Ada West Dermatology is looking for an experienced medical appointment scheduler/ referral coordinator to work in an extremely fast paced, high volume environment. Incumbent must be highly reliable, proficient with computers, patient focused, and accurate in posting data.

Starting pay stated is for 1 yr or less of experience. Pay is D.O.E.
Requirements:
- Experience with phones in a call-center/scheduling atmosphere a plus.
-Knowledge of insurance companies and their requirements for scheduling.
- Great listening and empathy skills.
- Experience with Mod Med(EMA) a plus.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Meticulous in organizing and prioritizing.
- Must type at least 50 WPM
