As a Construction Superintendent, you will be expected to bring:

Qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience:
● 3 years in the home building industry
● Organized Ability to read plans and engineering drawings
● Computer savvy
● Effective communicator
● Possess problem solving skills
● Ability to plan and prioritize
● Be part of a team, but also are self motivated
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Manage construction of 8-10 houses on scattered lots
● Build houses per plan, specifications and scope
● Maintain and build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and building jurisdictions
● Ensure safe building practices and maintain safety records
● Resolve warranty issues
