As a Construction Superintendent, you will be expected to bring:

Qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3 years in the home building industry
- Organized Ability to read plans and engineering drawings
- Computer savvy
- Effective communicator
- Possess problem solving skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize
- Be part of a team, but also are self motivated
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage construction of 8-10 houses on scattered lots
- Build houses per plan, specifications and scope
- Build, maintain and drive schedules
- Maintain and build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and building jurisdictions
- Ensure safe building practices and maintain safety records
- Resolve warranty issues
