What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Banker position at Adams Bank and Trust?
We're looking to add an experienced banker to our retail banking team!
Performs all activities related to the opening or closing of various types of time and demand deposit accounts. including certificates of deposits, NOW accounts. regular checking accounts and savings products. Ensures applicable regulations, disclosures, policies, and procedures are followed and is trained on depository compliance regulations.
Cross-sells Bank services to maximize customer relationship, based on customer need and aligned with the Bank's core values. Learns to perform periodic follow up with customers for addition services and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Proactively calls on new and existing customers outside of bank. Makes business connections through community organizations and volunteer commitments. Actively promotes bank and asks clients for referrals.
Accepts credit applications for consumer loans and completes basic underwriting and loan decisions.
