Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. Your expertise in leasing, sales, and real estate law will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new commercial real estate listings
- Conduct market research to analyze property values and trends
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties
- Provide guidance on investment strategies
- Prepare and present property proposals to potential buyers or tenants
- Coordinate property inspections and negotiate lease or purchase agreements
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as brokers and attorneys, to ensure smooth transactions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of leasing, sales, and real estate law
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficient in using real estate software and tools for market analysis
