What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Director position at Addiction Medical Facility?
The Nursing Director adheres to all state and federal regulations and accreditation agency standards applicable to individual licensure and narcotic treatment programs. Always conducts self ethically and professionally. Nursing Director has knowledge of and is culturally sensitive to the problems of the patients of this clinic. Nursing Director will ensure program policies and procedures for all patients and staff are maintained.
Nursing Director works under the supervision of the Medical Director and Site Director. Nursing Director is responsible for ensuring that the Medication Room is in full compliance with all Clinic Policies, Federal and State Laws and Regulations at all times. Will be responsible for ensuring that all Narcotic Treatment Program patient medical records are in compliance with all Clinic Policies, Federal and State Laws and Regulations at all times. Nursing Director will review Opioid Treatment Services patient medical records to ensure medical compliance. Adheres to Company Standards of conduct as delineated on the Statement of Ethics signed during New Employee Orientation. Maintains a cooperative and positive attitude and approach to patients, staff and visitors. Complies with Company attendance and tardiness policies. Complies with Company policies relating to use of Paid Time Off (PTO). Complies with Company operating policies and procedures and responds to supervision. Assists in reviewing all medication incident reports to assess trends and appropriate corrective action. Assists in supervising clinic-wide compliance with universal precautions. Performs nursing histories, assessments and phlebotomy when required. Performs other duties as assigned by the Medical or Site Director.
Nursing Director will provide a minimum of 120 hours per month (or 75% of assigned work schedule) of direct supervision to the nursing staff.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $81,000.00 per year
