Responsibilities
- Answering the phones and book reservations
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Keeping your host and essential spaces clean in the restaurant.
- Supporting waitstaff during very busy services
- Executing a high level of communication with the FOH before and during service.
- Build clientele relationships by taking a high level of care with the guests.
