NY Hospitality & Service firm seeks a Junior Accountant to join their Team
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries for reconciliation discrepancies
- Prepare journal entries for daily bank transfers and service fees
- Perform some general ledger account analysis and reconciliation
- Assist in the month end close
- Perform other jobs to assist Accounting Manager
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.
- Strong reporting / analysis skills.
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
