Adecco Staffing is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in Hudson, NH to hire skilled Mold Operators for 2nd shift. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay!
Position: Mold Operator
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Operate injection molding and blending machines efficiently and safely
Follow detailed processes and quality standards with minimal supervision
Perform first-piece inspections and self-inspect parts for quality
Trim excess material using precision tools such as exacto knives
Set up and secure threaded cores and over molds within molds
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Collaborate with team members and complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required
2-3 years of welding or manufacturing experience preferred
Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to handle small parts
Ability to lift 10-55 lbs as required throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
