General Description of Duties: Under general supervision, will assist Operations Manager for Bulk, Printing and Mailing in overall operations, administrative duties and supervision of staff in assigned business operation, including quality standards and meeting production/contract deadlines as applicable. Makes recommendations and helps implement policies, procedures and training programs. Assists manager in all operational aspects to include Quality Control, Inventory Control, Contract Management, Production/Contract Deadlines, Business Development, Marketing and Customer Service; assures operation meets or exceeds internal and external quality assurance standards and quality of associate programming. Must be self-directed.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be 21 years of age. One (1) year experience working directly with disabled adults in a day habilitation, workshop, business, or industry environment required. Associates degree in a related human services field may substitute for working experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
Other Requirements: Must pass pre-employment drug and TB screen, and Agency, Federal and State Department of Health background investigations. Additional background investigations may be required depending on the job assignment. Must have and maintain a valid NM driver's license. Must have own, reliable transportation and an insurable driving record. Must be able to lift 50lbs., carry frequently. Adelante is a drug free workplace. Job Type: Full-Time Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm some OT required, based on production needs.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE.
