Community Counselor – Bradford County (Full Time Role)

Adelphoi is seeking a compassionate and motivated Community Counselor to join our expanding Community Independent Living in Home Program in Bradford County. This full time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working directly with youth and families in home and school settings.
What You’ll Do:
- Build positive relationships with youth
- Assess young teens for Independent Living Skills
- Implement strategies and goals to assist the youth in using life skills to help them gain employment, learn about budgeting, writing resumes, etc.
- Conduct regular visits to support youth
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related human services field
- 2 years of experience in a childcare setting
- Valid PA driver’s license
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Empathy, active listening, and critical thinking abilities
