Position Summary
ADF Holdings is seeking a driven, experienced, and strategic Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence across the Midwest territory. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in the CPG space and understands how to build relationships, drive revenue, and expand brand awareness across multiple channels—including grocery, natural, independent, and ethnic markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales across Midwest retail and distributor accounts
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with grocery, natural, and ethnic retailers
- Communicate with key distributor partners to align on goals and strategy
- Provide regular market feedback and reporting to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, marketing, and operations
- Attend regional trade shows and events to represent ADF Holdings
- Track and manage KPIs, trade spend, and retail promotions
Qualifications
- 5 years of sales experience in the food & beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Deep understanding of the Midwest retail landscape and distributor network
- Fluency in Hindi is required
- Strong existing relationships with buyers in grocery, natural, and South Asian retail channels is a plus
- Proven ability to manage a sales territory, meet goals, and develop accounts from the ground up
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with CRM tools and reporting dashboards
- Willingness to travel regionally (approximately 50-75%)
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently and remotely
