This is an amazing opportunity for new and experienced BCBA's who are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families struggling with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disorders!

BCBA's work closely with our clinical leadership to conduct scientifically-based, comprehensive diagnostic assessments of children and adolescents presenting with neurodevelopmental disorders, and learn extensively about differential diagnosis of common disorders including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, Tourette’s disorder, dyslexia, dyscalculia, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Our team of psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors, marriage and family therapists, and behavior analysts is collaborative, supportive, and committed to providing the highest quality care to individuals throughout Upstate New York. There is substantial opportunity for growth and advancement within the agency, including the supervision of diagnostic teams and therapists, development of new programs and sites, research and publication, and administration.
