Team 1: Global Sales, Sales Execution
The Sales Execution team supports various functions focused on establishing best practices and optimizing operations. They work within a B2B context, helping to improve how sales teams sell products and manage projects. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency, standardize processes, and enhance overall sales execution across the organization.
Team 2: Global Sales, Amazon
The Global Sales, Amazon team analyzes data and plans sales support activities, including event planning, customer engagement, and managing the sales calendar. The role requires a digital background and interest in digital retail, with social media experience being a plus, as the team leverages data and digital strategies to drive Amazon's sales performance.
Team 3: Global Sales, Sales Planning
The Sales Planning team analyzes merchandise performance, forecasts future results and partners with adidas and account teams to drive sales and margin growth for both adidas and the wholesaler. The intern will help support planning activities with key stakeholders towards achievement of financial goals.

In early 2024, we began the three chapter journey into the future, centered on our new brand campaign, You Got This. "You Got This" is designed to motivate everyone to overcome pressure and realize their personal potential.

Key Accountabilities
- Build and leverage relationships with cross-functional teams (i.e., marketing, assortment planning, merchandising, SCM, demand planning) to obtain information necessary to understand business.
- Developing a project about account sales performance/potential, provide insights and recommendations.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and demonstrate ability to create insights from data that drive actionable business decisions.
- Continually challenge the status quo, think differently and push boundaries.
- Support the preparation of key presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Support organizing events, managing itineraries, and coordinating with cross functional partners to execute workshops, external facing meetings or leadership meetings with participants across time zones.
- Note taking, documentation and action item tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions and levels.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Ability to understand and translate financial data to make recommendations and decisions.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations that support business decisions.
- Ability to influence decisions and outcomes cross functionally.
- Pro- active (engaging & impact-oriented) mindset.
- Ability to adapt and collaborate with multiple key stakeholders.
- Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and working with systems/application.
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College/University
- Anticipated graduation date is between December 2026 and August 2027
- Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
- Available to participate in our 12-week full-time internship program from May/June to August/September 2026
