The EAP Consultant responsibilities include:
· Assessment, short term counseling and referral
· Consultation with community agencies
· Consultation with participating employers and managers
· Prepare and present educational programs
On call once a month.
Requirements
- License or degree in a related field preferred. CASAC's encouraged to apply
- 3 years clinical experience preferred
- Preference for candidates with child and family experience and/or addiction and recovery experience.
- Critical Incident response experience referred
- Licensure in the State of New York preferred
- Interest in further training for CEAP and DOT qualified Substance Abuse Professional required
- Be compassionate, resourceful, creative, and innovative when problem solving or seeking solutions to issues.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
