The Details You Need to Know:
Full-Time Schedule:
- Monday: 8:30AM - 6:00PM
- Tuesday: 8:30AM-6:00PM
- Wednesday (As Needed) 8:30AM-6:00PM
- Friday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
- Saturday: 8:30AM - 1:00PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
Clinical Support Duties
- Greet patients and families warmly as they arrive.
- Collect patient info, update records in our EMR (AthenaOne experience is a bonus!), and assist with medical histories.
- Take vital signs like blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature — and help patients get ready for their visit.
- Assist with basic clinical procedures and coordinate care based on physician instructions.
- Keep exam rooms stocked, sanitized, and ready to go!
️ Administrative Support Duties
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow throughout the day.
- Check patients in and out, process copays, and handle balance dues with accuracy and care.
- Keep things organized behind the scenes to help the whole office run smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent required
✔ Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is a big plus
✔ At least 1 year of experience in a medical office — pediatric experience is highly preferred
✔ Strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
✔ Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical procedures
✔ Comfortable with EMR systems (AthenaOne is a bonus!)
✔ Discreet, professional, and kind — especially when it comes to patient information
✔ Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is a big plus
