What you will do:

• You will be working in our Cleveland, TN facility and take on challenges and responsibilities within our Bulk Loading Department.

You can also expect to:

• Load bulk trailers & railcars (flour)
• Load Animal feed bulk trailers
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems
• Unload rail wheat cars
• Fill out & maintain paperwork
• Unload bulk tankers when needed

Facilitate and ensure adherence to safety regulations, rules and sound practices.

• Coordinate and participate in audits, prioritizing and tracking completion of findings.
• Ensure that unsafe behavior and conditions are corrected.
• Perform Safety audits and set the example for safety.

Sanitation/Food Safety:

• Ensure the facility maintains world class sanitation standards.
• Prepare the facility for, and participate in, regulatory/third party/customer/company audits.

Required Skills:

• Must have a strong commitment to employee safety
• Require excellent command of the following: leadership, problem solving, self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Must have confident and courteous manner.
• Must be able to hear and speak clearly, read, comprehend and communicate orally and in writing.
• Position requires standing and walking for long periods, climbing stairs and ladders, working with tools, working within close-confined spaces, and working in extreme temperatures.
• Must be willing to participate in team rotation schedule.
• Must have valid Class A CDL to drive yard tractor.

What Hours Would I be Working?

• 12 hour shift/rotation schedule (Ability to work weekends and Holidays as needed)

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:

$25.00-$26.00
