Compensation and benefits:

Responsibilities

• Recruit for Security Guards, Special Police Officers, and Security Supervisors.
• Interview candidates daily.
• Ensure 30 or more interviews are conducted weekly.
• Utilize applicant tracking system to review and disposition candidates.
• Meet all required recruitment goals for the week, month and quarter.
• Act as a strategic partner with the operations team to close open requisitions and reduce overtime.
• Meet with Operations team weekly to discuss open requisitions and progress of candidates in the process.
• Generate weekly reports via our applicant tracking system to distribute to operations and HR management team.
• Utilize Text Recruit and other iCIMS tools to ensure continued communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with external organizations to widen pool of qualified candidates for various positions.
• Post position openings on external websites.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum three (3) years of experience recruiting in a high volume environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS preferred).
• Must be very organized with superior attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
• Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.

Work Environment

• 90% of work is performed in front of a computer in a temperature- controlled environment.
• Job duties are performed in the office with core business hours from 9am to 5pm.
• This position is 100% onsite Monday - Friday in the Bethesda, MD office
• Hourly rate $28-30/hr
