Job description
Responsibilities include:
- Process sales transactions utilizing POS system.
- Demonstrate an interest in fashion and the ability to assist customers with styling recommendations.
- Intake and unboxing of new shipments.
- Prep and steam clothing to put out on the sales floor.
- Keep current and knowledgeable of the boutique's products.
- Handling cash transactions, stocking, folding, hanging, store opening and closing procedures, and all other store duties.
- Assist with social media content.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred).
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and exhibit self-motivation.
- Ability to connect with customers in an upbeat manner.
- Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing.
- Ability to bend at the waist, squat, kneel, reach and stoop.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift more than 25lbs.
- Ability to use janitorial equipment.
