Gorilla LED Trucks (Adriana's Insurance sister company) brings Gorilla marketing to a new level. We are a mobile and digital LED billboard truck company that not only offers marketing and advertising service to our clients. As the administrative assistant for Gorilla LED Trucks, you will be in charge of the day to administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Logistics: Administrate routes & schedule to fleet manager according to client bookings & events
- Create routes for clients based on their needs
- Create the weekly schedule for our LED trucks of where they will be running each day
- Upload client designs to our company programming portal
- Program trucks accordingly
- Reporting: Report regularly to manager about progress, plans, and problems
- Draft reports for clients
- Draft monthly report to managers of where the trucks ran daily for the entire month
- Draft monthly reports of company sales
- Administrative work: Draft invoices and collect payments from clients
- Update our client database accordingly
- Update clients as needed
- Order materials for company as needed
