Elevator Pitch
Now hiring a Full-Time Line Cook to join the team at Boardwalk Cottages Current Cafe! We are a company that uses local ingredients to create interesting and fun dining experiences unique to each property. This position works alongside our Kitchen Manager to prepare and serve our locally sourced menu. This position will often work solo and should be comfortable working all positions in a kitchen including prep and dish.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the kitchen
- Prepping menu items and ingredients
- Executing menu items according to our menu and recipe standards
- Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen stations and equipment
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Qualifications
- WA food handlers card
- 1 years restaurant experience in the back of house
- Proven ability to work well with a team
- Ability to lift materials and/or product up to 50 pounds or more
- Reliable transportation
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
