JOB TITLE: Direct Care Coach
REPORTS TO: Program Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for all aspects aspects of direct care
within the student body & other duties as assigned
SALARIED POSITION: See Employee Contract
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direction to Student Rookies, Student Learners, Student Servants, Student Servant Leaders and uphold NCBA policies and procedures
- Communicate God’s word effectively & offer spiritual guidance
- Dispense required medication, grievance reports and supplies to our students
- Supervise, mentor, discipline, and interact with students in various activities, which may include but is not limited to school, meals, campus maintenance, free time/recreational activities
- Complete shift duty reports every shift
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Ability of communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to effectively interact with staff and students
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED, College Degree Preferred
- 21 years or older
- Valid Driver’s License
CERTIFICATES & LICENSES
- Handle with Care, Verbal & Physical
- First Aid and CPR
- Safe Serve
- GSNL/PSNL
- HR Requirements
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work both in/outside; be physically fit with minimal physical limitations.

The work is performed on campus with occasional trips off campus.
