Works closely with product subject matter experts to define and detail business requirements and prioritize feature development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Consult with business subject matter experts on a regular basis to define and document business and customer needsDevelop system acceptance test plans, objectives, and cases/scriptsIn partnership with the business departments and technical teams, develop detailed systems design specifications and components (e.g., user screens, program logic, calculations, formats, reports, interfaces, etc.)Manage projects using Agile methodologiesParticipate in priority setting for IT initiatives by facilitating discussions with business product managers and development teamsWork closely with development teams to manage the execution of projects on time and within budgetParticipate in systems acceptance testing activities as neededManage vendor relationships and/or resources as neededProvide problem resolution and enhancement support for production applicationsProvide assistance with user training and documentation activitiesSupport M&A integration strategy and planningQualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience2 years project management experience in a professional environmentExperience with agile implementation methodologiesDevelopment experience a plus OTHER LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND ABILITIESThe successful candidate will possess business operations experience and skills, leadership and management expertise, analytical and critical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
