Full-Time | Seasonal with Long-Term Opportunity
Advance Designs Waterscapes is a professional outdoor construction company specializing in custom landscapes, water features, irrigation systems, and patios. We are hiring 3 motivated crew members to join our growing team.
This is hands-on, physical work building high-quality outdoor spaces. We’re looking for dependable people who take pride in their work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install custom landscapes and planting
- Build ponds, waterfalls, and water features
- Install irrigation systems
- Construct patios, retaining walls, and hardscape features
- Operate hand and power tools
- Assist with material handling and site prep
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Work as part of a professional crew
Qualifications:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Landscaping, construction, irrigation, or hardscape experience preferred (not required)
- Valid driver’s license; Required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow

- Full-time
- Occasional overtime during peak season
