Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Aide to join our healthcare team in St Simons, Ga. In this role, you will work alongside physical therapists to provide essential support in patient care and rehabilitation services.

• Apply hot and cold therapy treatments under therapist supervision
• Maintain and sanitize therapy equipment and treatment areas
• Guide patients through prescribed exercise routines (under direct supervision
• Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report progress
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient sessions
• Assist patients with mobility and transfer activities
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Physical stamina to assist patients and handle equipment
• Proven organizational and time management abilities
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, caring attitude
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
