Advanced Alarm is seeking a reliable, honest, hardworking candidate to assist with our growing customer base.
Responsibilities:
Handle client inquiries
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update client records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Schedule technicians for daily jobs
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields (preferred)
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to pass background check
Work day is from 8:30-5:00 M-F
Must have reliable transportation to arrive at our Tonawanda office daily by 8:30am
Starting salary is between $18 - $19 per hour depending on qualifications
