At Advanced Back and Neck Care Center, we are dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal health through personalized chiropractic care. The Financial Services Coordinator is a crucial role in our office, and in this role, you will be the leader of the Back Office department. This will include direct patient interaction, along with coordinating with a team of billing experts and our Records Coordinator.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow with a supportive, wellness-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
  • Perform demographic and data entry
  • Manage account balances and collaborate with the billing team
  • Conduct financial consultations and handle billing inquiries professionally
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Serve as a liaison with attorneys, workers’ compensation carriers, and the office of veteran’s affairs
  • Coordinate and schedule doctor referral appointments and imaging referral appointments
  • Assist with patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and general front desk support

Preferred Qualifications (training will be offered):

  • Working knowledge of chiropractic coding (ICD-10, CPT) and billing practices
  • Familiarity with billing software and EHR systems (e.g., ChiroTouch)
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong patient-first mindset
  • High attention to detail and strong ability to manage your own time
  • High school diploma required; certification in medical billing/coding would be ideal

· Previous experience in medical billing, preferably in a chiropractic or similar healthcare setting, although training is offered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.65 - $20.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
