We are currently seeking a well-matched clinican to join our Columbus, OH team as a Center-Based BCBA.

Advanced Behavioral Therapy (ABT) provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum in Ohio and New Jersey. We offer services in homes, schools, and our ABA centers in Beachwood and Columbus, Ohio.
ABT is deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism and their families. We are equally committed to developing and supporting our staff. Our passionate supervisors provide ongoing training and support, and we encourage career growth through partnerships with ABA programs at top universities and colleges.
Operating Hours: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm. No weekends. Full time and part time positions

- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or equivalent
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) in good standing
- Willingness to become OHIO board certified (COBA)
- At least one year of experience providing BCBA supervision and training
- Experience creating behavior and skill programs while utilizing a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst)
- Center experience preferred
