STAFFING COORDINATOR / SCHEDULER
Advanced Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is actively seeking a Staffing Coordinator with prior experience, excellent communication and organizational skills to work Full-Time for our Skilled Nursing Facility (Nursing and Rehab Center).
Duties :
- Creating work rotations & schedules
- Ensuring shifts are fully staffed
- Understand the staffing requirements, anticipates over / understaffed situations and coordinates appropriate remedy with minimal supervision
- Partners with Nurse Managers / Supervisor leadership to help forecast and anticipate future staffing needs
- Tracking Open Po sitions for Recruitment
- Call potential candidates and setup interviews
- Answering phones & dealing with high call volume
- Tracking and addressing attendance & lateness
Requirements :
- Pleasant disposition and a positive attitude
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is required
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent time management & prioritization skills required
- Experience coordinating general office workflow activities
