Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30

AES is seeking top talent in the construction industry that is eager to learn, enthusiastic, and always up for an exciting new challenge.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAll phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections.Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments (when required). Supportive documentation.Provide training and licensing for field personnel task to work with tools and equipment i.e. Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders and Stilts.Support Management team in creating New Job Start Up requirements i.e. contract safety documents, JSSP/ SSSP, OCIP -CCIP requirement etc.Ensures a Safe and Healthy work environment that adheres with OSHA guidelines.Accompany and support injured employees, attend initial doctor appointments, support until employee is released to full duty.Ensures all documentation is completed for any Accident, Incident or Property Damage.Other duties as needed.Requirements / Experience2 to 4 years in commercial construction safety experience.Has knowledge of desktop computers, laptops, iPad, smartphones, and various other electronic devises.OSHA 30.Valid DL & clean driving record.Precision Walls Trained Trainer (provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager or Branch supporting SQRM).Bilingual (English/Spanish).Benefits:Paid Time Off (PTO)Retirement Plans401K Savings PlanEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Health PlanDental PlanVision PlanFlexible Expending Account for healthcareLong and Short Term DisabilityLife InsuranceAdvancement and growth opportunitiesPerformance bonuses (Incentive program)100% Employee OwnedAs an employee-owned company, we are passionate and dedicated to working like owners and as a team to enhance the success of the company.
