Job Summary
This position is primarily responsible for receiving and processing our customers’ orders utilizing the company’s software system. Also responsible for communicating with our customers, providing a high level of customer satisfaction, and resolving any customer issues or concerns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and process customers’ orders with great efficiency and accuracy
- Work effectively in team environment with other Customer Service Representatives
- Effectively manage a large volume of incoming calls
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Schedule or assist with freight and shipping
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and polices
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Respectfully and diligently take on any other job duties assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will not have any direct reports.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Exceptional data entry skills (fast & accurate)
- Proficient with Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose emails with good grammar.
- Great customer service skills
- Very organized
- Self-starter with strong self-initiative
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related experience
WORKING CONDITIONS and PHYSICAL EFFORT:
- Must be able to handle both extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Contribute to warehouse operations in a non-climate-controlled environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
