Advanced Commercial Interiors is seeking an Human Resources Coordinator and Project Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist administratively with the day-to-day operations of Office, HR functions, and duties
- Administer employment life cycle processes utilizing HRIS, payroll, and Talent Management systems, including employee transfers, job classification changes, salary increases, and other employment matters
- Track and communicate employee birthdays and service anniversaries per established protocol
- Prepare and maintain personnel-related documentation and reports (staffing, uniforms, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Respond to employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations
- Support the handling of complaints, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions
- Act as a back-up to Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator when necessary
- Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience
- 5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative role

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
