What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator position at Advanced Interiors?

Advanced Commercial Interiors is seeking an Human Resources Coordinator and Project Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist administratively with the day-to-day operations of Office, HR functions, and duties
  • Administer employment life cycle processes utilizing HRIS, payroll, and Talent Management systems, including employee transfers, job classification changes, salary increases, and other employment matters
  • Track and communicate employee birthdays and service anniversaries per established protocol
  • Prepare and maintain personnel-related documentation and reports (staffing, uniforms, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Respond to employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations
  • Support the handling of complaints, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions
  • Act as a back-up to Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator when necessary
  • Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience preferred

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative role

Skills & Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic knowledge of employment law
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
  • Full time onsite
  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, State and Federal regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
