We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a thriving local business. Advanced Maintenance is a local fleet maintenance company providing preventative and corrective maintenance, 24-hour road service, and so much more. As this company moves forward and grows, we need a dedicated and hardworking assistant willing to grow with us. I would need someone that can start right as soon as possible, so only serious inquiries.
Responsibilities
~ provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management
~ maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system
~ open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
~ perform data entry and scan documents
~ assist in resolving any administrative problems
~ answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
~ prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
~ maintain office supplies for department
Qualification:
~ High School Diploma
~ 1 years of hands-on administrative support experience
~ proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
~ knowledge of operating standard office equipment
~ excellent communication skills -- written and verbal
~ ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
~ good research skills and attention to detail
~ positive attitude and willingness to work hard
~ Quick Books experience
