The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression with patients. They work together hand in hand with the practice manager to build the stream of clientele through marketing, social media and events. They must possess excellent communication skills and be knowledgeable of aesthetic treatments such as Facials, Toxin, Fillers, IPL, Lasers and skin care products. The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for promoting products, procedures and services through education, patient outreach, and strong skills in consultative selling. This role is to achieve business growth through sales of treatments, procedures and products, helping to meet and exceed goals of the medical and esthetic staff and implementing strategic plans that meet the needs of the customer.

Job Requirements:
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Function well as part of a team
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in aesthetics or a health care role with EMR knowledge is preferred in addition to knowledge of toxins, dermal fillers, IPL, RF micro-needling and other esthetic treatments and protocols.
- Performs other duties as required
- Qualifications:
- Prefer experience in an aesthetic environment
- Strong assessment skills to evaluate patients' cosmetic treatment plan and be able to communicate any complications to the appropriate staff member.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other healthcare-related technologies.
- Ability to take quick direction
- Ability to use good reasoning and judgment and react calmly and compassionately in all situations
- Great interpersonal skills & patient relation and retention skills
- Demonstrates leadership ability and desire for professional growth
- Possess a keen desire to work in aesthetics
- Proven willingness to go above and beyond expectations
Qualifications
Requirements:
• Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or cosmetic dermatology practice is preferred.
• Must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to create the plan of action to obtain the goals independently.
• Professional experience and attitude with the ability to relate well with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
• Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills
• Must have the ability to handle confidentiality issues.
• Dedicated to vision and practice goals.
• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
